Forwarding Email Receipts
Forwarding a receipt from an email address that is different than your ExpenseBot user email address? Make sure to add it to the Receipt Forwarding area under your Profile. More details here.
When you receive a receipt in your email, you can forward that email directly to ExpenseBot at email@example.com! After you've forwarded your email, ExpenseBot will automatically RoboScan and transcribe the details just like for any other receipt and then your receipt will go through our RoboMatch process to automatically match the receipt to credit card transactions that have been imported to ExpenseBot. If no matching expense is found, your receipt will end up in the Receipt Wallet under the Receipts link on the main navigation menu.
