To upload a receipt to ExpenseBot, you can do so from the Receipt Wallet using the Upload Receipt button at the top right of the receipt list.You can also add a receipt from any expense item on the Expenses page or from within an expense report. Once you've decided to upload a receipt, you'll get the following window:
This dialog allows you to select a receipt to upload. This file can be in PDF, PNG, JPG, or GIF formats (or a document / spreadsheet can be uploaded, though they are not previewable in the browser) and must be less than 12mb in size.
Once uploaded, your receipt will be automatically RoboScanned (and transcribed by our OCR engine, depending on your account settings) and will appear on the receipt list, or on the expense you added the receipt to.
