Receipt Settings

Under the Settings area of the ExpenseBot application, on the Expense Requirements page (found on the left-hand sub-nav menu) ExpenseBot administrators have the ability to set their account's Receipt Settings.

The Receipt Required Limit indicates the amount that an expense cannot exceed without either providing a warning or a violation if it is missing a receipt.

The Require Receipt Before Submission option allows the Administrator to fully require a receipt on every expense exceeding the above amount before an expense can be submitted.
